Full membership is open to general practitioners and medical specialists whilst other healthcare professionals may join as Associate Members. The latter are rendered all of the services provided to full members but may not vote for office bearers.

Annual Membership Fees

R 250 for doctors in private practice
R 125 for doctors in public practice
R 100 for associate members.

Successful HIV Management Course attendees are automatically added to the database of members and are given free membership for one year. They are flagged on the database as alumni of the course and enter an ongoing educational programme (the Alumni Programme) with updates and questionnaires to measure outcomes.
